On beh~f of the I~ing Flood Control District - Section III (IFCD3),
Halff Associates has reviewed the drainage pl~s for the above referenced
project.
We have no objections to the proposed construction of storm sewer
line - DB and the concrete slope protection within the right-of-way easement
of the IFCD3 as shown in the plans. The developer will be responsible for
~suring that the channel slope and the area within the right-of-way be
restored at least to its original co~ition after construction is complete.
