Engineering Review of attached Geo-Teehnlcsl Testing Contract between
Coppell Recreation Development Corporation (CRDC) and HBC Engineering, Inc.
The CRDC would appreciate your review of the attached consulting contract. This contract
is for performing Geo-Technical testing of the Andy Brown Jr. Community Park l~t site
and the MacArthur Park Property, as possible construction sites for an Aquatics/Recrealion
Center.
Pete Smith, City Attorney, has performed a legal review and removed Article 8 and required
a change in the authorized signature block.
Please let me know any issues, concerns, or changes you feel should be explored with this
contract. If you have any questions or require any additional information regarding this
matter please do not hesitate to contact me. I appreciate your assistance with this item.
