RE: Villages of Coppell III & IV (Early Start)
Mr. Don Tipton of Don ?ipton, Inc. is requesting release of a portion of
Villages of Coppell III & IV for the purpose of applying for building
permit. (See attached)
I have reviewed the information supplied by Mr. Tipton regarding the
request for early release and recommend granting the request on the
conditions listed below.
1. C.O. will not be granted until Villages of Coppell III & IV are
completed and an acceptance letter written.
2. Any conflict with the construction trades hindering the completion of
the subdivision be resolved by Don Tipton, Inc. in a timely manner.
3. Due to the construction on Allen Road and its proximity to existing
homes, I request the entirity of the existing services and roadways
be maintained at all times.
