Enclosed is the information on the proposed plant site for
the paving of the Villages of Coppell, Phase 3 & 4, in the City
of Coppell.
This plant site is contiguous to Parker Drive which is
part of this public works project. Therefore~ we
would like to request exemption from public notice.
Please be advised that the City of Coppell will be for-
warding a letter to you advising that this will be city
streets.

right of way upon final acceptance by the City of Coppell,

We have been informed by the L. H. Lacy Company that the

proposed right of way and therefore they have requested
exemption from public notice.
