Dear Ms. Daneshmond:
As requested, we are hereby committing to the following items in reference to the above mentioned
project.
1. -. Prior to City Acceptance of Villages of Coppell 3-A, an earthen channel will be constructed
adjacent to Phase 3-B, discharging into Denton Creek. This plan will be prepared by Don A.
Tipton, Inc. and approved by the City of Coppell. However, if Phase 3-B plans have been
approved and construction is underway on Phase 3-B, the above mentioned channel will not
be required.
2. No building permits will be allowed on Lots 8 through 15 of Block A until the Floodplain~'~
Study, prepared by Don A. Tipton, Inc., has been approved by the City of Coppell Engineerin~,~/"
Department.
