HE~ Final Walk-thru for Villages of Coppell Phase
As you are aware, Public Works staff members were unavailable for
the walkthru of this project. With notification arriving in the
mail on Monday, staff members were unable to schedule the walk-thru
into their work loads.
Please reschedule this walk-thru with the contractor and notify
staff in writing, in advance of the date and time.

questions please advise.
