Final Acceptance
Dear Mr. Tipton:
A final inspection of the above referenced project has been confirmed by
representatives of the City of Coppell.
Paving and utilities have been verified and are in compliance with the
City of Coppell standard requirements. Erosion protection will also be
maintained during home construction.
Villages of Coppell IIIA approved as noted:
1. This Approval is only valid for Villages of Coppell Phase III A.
2. Provide Landscape & Irrigation plans by June 27, 1991
includin§ location of irrigation meter.
3. Provide Erosion Control measures during and post construction.
4. All common areas shown are to be maintained and be the
responsibility of the Home Owners Association.
5. No building permits shall be issued on Lots 8 through 15 Block
A, and Lots 42 through 46 Block D until the floodplain study
prepared by Don A. Tipton, Inc. has been approved by the City
of Coppell.

The one-year maintenance bonds and as-built drawings have been received
from the contractor. Maturity on the bonds will be one year from the date
of this letter {September 18, 19~.
