Paving and utilities have been verified and are in compliance with the City of Coppell standard requirements. Erosion protection will also be maintained during home construction. Villages of Coppell IIIA approved as noted: 1. This Approval is only valid for Villages of Coppell Phase III A. 2. Provide Landscape & Irrigation plans by June 27, 1991 includin§ location of irrigation meter. 3. Provide Erosion Control measures during and post construction. 4. All common areas shown are to be maintained and be the responsibility of the Home Owners Association. 5. No building permits shall be issued on Lots 8 through 15 Block A, and Lots 42 through 46 Block D until the floodplain study prepared by Don A. Tipton, Inc. has been approved by the City of Coppell.
