Villages of Cop~ll Phase III A Final A~ceptance
I am in receipt of a copy of a letter to Don Tipton regarding the
final acceptance of the above referenced project. I wish to inform
you that this project was not complete. There are outstanding
punch list items that remain to be corrected. It appears that~
project acceptance has taken priority over project completion and \
this deeply concerns me.
I welcome new development to Coppell, however it's important that
these facilities are installed according to city standards prior to
accepting them.
~ Please explain why the last two (2) projects accepted had~
outstanding punch list items in need of correction.
Please advise if you wish to discuss this matter or if you have any
questions regarding my statements.
