Dear Ms. Daneshmond:
Please find enclosed seven (7) revised sets of engineering plans
for City stamping as requested. We have completed the following
revisions.
1. Added visibility easements to the Final Plat.
2. Added three 30" pipes with headwalls crossing DeForest and
connecting to the proposed 54" pipe. (Sheet 9)
3. Revised slope from 2:1 to 3:1 and increased height of wall
from 3' to 4 1/2'. (Sheet 10)
4. Revised meter detail. (Sheet SD-16)

Dear Ms. Daneshmond:
Please find enclosed seven (7) sets of plans for City stamping
which include the following revisions.
1. The 2% construction impact fees will be paid prior to
construction and at the appropriate time.
2. The property owners of each lot will be maintaining the gabion
construction and have been formally notified by the developer
of their responsibility.
3.We have included a signed copy of the flood plain development
permit.
4. We are in the process of obtaining the slope stability and
foundation analysis from the geotechnical engineer and will~'
submit them to you as soon as possible.
