Dear Mr. Morrison:
Enclosed please find a revised copy of the floodplain reclamation
plan for your approval with the following revisions:
1. Omitted the increases in the water surface elevations
for Denton Creek and Elm Fork.
2. Added the floodway line to the plans showing that no
floodway encroachment exists.
3. Revised the location of the floodplain line based on the
latest Fema FIS Revision.
4. Enclosed a copy of a letter from the Corps of Englneer~
stating that a 404 Permit would not be required for this
project.
5. Completed all items requested based on the FEMA
checklist.
6. Revised the X-Sections showing fill extending past the
property line - A retaining wall will be constructed.
7. Added a cross section showing the proposed gabion slope
protection along Denton creek.
