Our review of the data submitted indicates that we do not have the minimum data we need to continue our evaluation of your request. The required data are described on the enclosed checklist and must be submitted before we can continue our review. Unless otherwise directed by you in writing, the submitted data and fee will not be returned. We will not begin a detailed review of the submitted data until we receive the requested data. We have suspended processing of your request pending our receipt of the requested data. After we receive the requested data, we will continue our evaluation. If we need additional data to complete our evaluation, we will inform you in writing. If the requested data are submitted more than 90 days after the date of this letter, they will be treated as a new request and will be subject to all payment procedures, including the initial fee, as described' in Section ?2.4 of the National Flood Insurance Program regulations (copy enclosed). When you write to us about your request, please include the case number (shown above) in your letter. The construction plan submitted on June 5, 1992, does not show the proposed grading of the project area. Please provide us with a grading plan, certified by a registered professional engineer, showing the proposed grading. 2. The topographic map submitted on June 5, 1992, does not show how the 100- and 500-year floodplain and 100-year floodway boundaries tie into the effective 100- and 500-year floodplain and 100-year floodway boundaries at both ends upstream and downstream of the project. Please submit a topographic map that wile show the above.
