This is to acknowledge receipt of additional data to proceed with our review
of, in support of, your request for a conditional Letter of Nap Revision
(LOMR) for the referenced project. Our review of the data submitted
indicates i'hat we have the mnimum data we need to continue our evaluation.
If we need additional data to complete our evaluation, or if delays are
encountered, we will notify you in writing within 30 days of the date of this
letter.
The initial fee is the minimtua charge for a ~eview of this type; additlonal
costs could be incurred during the course of our review. If additional fees
are required, we will notify you in writing. Any additional fees required
must be submitted before we can issue our determination concerning the
request for a conditional LOMR.
If fees are to be reimbursed and, during our review, we determine that the
total processing costs will exceed $1,500, we will notify you in writing of
the estimated total cost. In such cases, we cannot complete our review until
we receive your written authorization to proceed.
