SUBJECT: Villages of Coppell III-A

I recently had a meeting with a gentlemen who indicated that he had purchased Lot 12, Block
A of Villages of Coppell III-A. I informed this gentlemen that the stipulations during the platting
were that no building permits would be allowed on Lots 8 - 15, Block A until the Floodplain
Study prepared by Don Tipton had been approved.
As of this date, that study has not been approved by FEMA. Therefore, the Engineering
Department requests that no permits be issued for the above referenced lots.
