Dear Mr. Porter:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the proposed revisions to Sheet 4 of the Villages
of Coppell Phase 3B plans. The following changes should be made to those additions:
1) The guard rail at the end of the alley along the north side of Lot 41 should also
be extended along the west side of Lot 40 Block A, as there is also a steep drop-
off at that point.
2) All metal should be galvanized.
3) Please show the slope protection and the type of slope protection.
Once these changes have been made, the marked-up set and the revised set should be resubmitted
to the City of Coppell.
