FINAL INSPECTION
Dear Ed;
Wednesday, October 21, 1992, we met with Larry Davis, the
Engineering Development Inspector for the City of Coppell, for the
final inspection of The Villages of Coppell, III. Larry requested
that the following items be addressed prior to city acceptance.
1. An erosion control plan for the total subdivision must be
submitted and approved. Schedules for the beginning and
completion of the work must be included.
2. Maintenance bonds for both the utility and paving
contractor are to be submitted to the city.
3. The Parkway area for the east side of Parker Drive will
require addition fill to bring the Parkway elevation up
to an acceptable grade.
4. Tipton Engineering to provide one set of mylar and three
blueline sets of as-built drawings.
