The drainage utility and paving has been verified and is in compliance with the City of Coppell standard requirements. Erosion protection will also be maintained until bond expiration. The one-year maintenance bonds and as-built drawings have been received from the contractor. Maturity on the bonds will be one year from the date of this letter (November 4, 1993).
