RE: Final Acceptance; Villages of Coppell IIIB
Staff has completed its review of the above mentioned project and
finds it to be in good order. We have been in touch with the
utilities contractor on this project and have received a letter of
intent to repair the erosion at the drainage discharge point where
we met on Friday, 11/6/92. I have included a copy of this letter
for your records.
Staff is in the process of installing the necessary signs on this
project and hopes to have this completed by week's end, weather
permitting.

The attached sketch and notes were developed by our foreman,
Walt Hannon after his meeting with you and Larry Davis on site
today to look at the headwall.
We will make the corrections outlined in the sketch within the
next ten (10) working days.
We would appreciate your releasing the project to the owner
with the assurance that we will do this extra work.
