Request for site evaluation information for Aquatic/Recreation Center sites
selection process.
Please recall that you and I talked the week of December 5, 1996, concerning the Coppell
Recreation Development Corporation's (CRDC) request for assistance from your depaxhxtent
in securing information about the five (5) potential sites for the Aquatic/Recreation Center.
The sites under consideration are:
· McArthur Property
· Coppell High School-Baseball field area
· Andrew Brown Jr., Community Park East Moore Road area
· Wagon Wheel Park
· Andrew Brown Jr., Community Park West
The information requested from your department would be:
· Is the area in the flood plain?
· If so, can the area be reclaimed from the flood plain?
· If so, could you give a rough estimate of the cost of fill to bring approximately
