Correct bearing strata achieved, unless noted otherwise. 4) Initial Depth, Final Depth, and Top of Concrete Elevation, are relative to grade at time piers were drilled. Contractor must furnish actual elevation, if required. 5) Driller is hitting sand at approximately 11.5'. Per superintendent for Texas Unified, other piers were stopped at approximately 11'. 6) Due to rainy weather conditions, concrete could not be placed. Piers were covered with plywood and soil, and concrete to be placed at a later date, per superintendent's instructions.
