REMARKS:
1) Pier reinforcing verified to be correct in accordance with project plans and specifications,
unless noted otherwise.
2) Concrete placed in piers within 8 hours of drilling completion, unless noted otherwise.
3) Required Depth is based upon existing grade at time of geotechnical investigation. Correct
bearing strata achieved, unless noted otherwise.
4) Initial Depth, Final Depth, and Top of Concrete Elevation, are relative to grade at time
piers were drilled. Contractor must furnish actual elevation, if required.
5) Driller is hitting sand at approximately 11.5'. Per superintendent for Texas Unified, other
piers were stopped at approximately 11'.
6) Due to rainy weather conditions, concrete could not be placed. Piers were covered with plywood
and soil, and concrete to be placed at a later date, per superintendent's instructions.
