3) Required Depth is based upon existing grade at time of geotechnical investigation. Correct
bearing strata achieved, unless noted otherwise.
4) Initial Depth, Final Depth, and Top of Concrete Elevation, are relative to grade at time
piers were drilled. Contractor must furnish actual elevation, if required.
5) Pour top 4' of pier E.7/2. Top of concrete placed on 10/24/01 was cleaned and slushed with
bonding agent.
