REMARKS: 1) Pier reinforcing verified to be correct in accordance with project plans and specifications,
unless noted otherwise.
2) Concrete placed in piers within 8 hours of drilling completion, unless noted otherwise.
3) Required Depth is based upon existing grade at time of geotechnical investigation. Correct
bearing strata achieved, unless noted otherwise.
4) Initial Depth, Final Depth, and Top of Concrete Elevation, are relative to grade at time
piers were drilled. Contractor must furnish actual elevation, if required.
5) Top of concrete at pier E.7/2 left approx. 4' below plan grade due to running out of concrete
and plant closed. Superintendent for Texas Unified was present when this occurred.
