Dear Mr. Bryan:
The majority of the work associated with Unit 1, Section 1 of the Wrangler Drive project has
been completed. The current outstanding items are the restoration of the parkways with some
type of sodding or hyclro mulch. In previous correspondence it was noted that approximately
59 % of the construction cost of Unit 1, Section 1 was the responsibility of Catellus.
As a reminder, Unit 1, Section 1 was the construction of the paving and drainage from Enterprise
to Freeport. The construction of the associated water line, which was Unit 1, Section 2, was the
sole cost of the City of Coppell. As per Pay Estimate #6 (copy attached), the total amount to date
of Unit 1, Section 1 is $372,192.00. However, Pay Item//21 was increased approximately 176
feet to relocate two inlets on the north side to facilitate some driveway construction associated
with development on property controlled' by .PacTrust. That 176 linear feet increase equates to
$6,776.00. Therefore, the total amount to be cost shared to date by PacTrust and Catellus is
$365,416.00. This letter will serve as Invoice #1 to Catellus in the amount of $215,595.44
($365,416 x .59= $215,595.44.)
