Consulting Engineer's Contract
Modification to the Scope of Services
I. ADDITIONAL SCOPE OF SERVICES
Design of approximately 900 linear feet of 12-inch water line relocation and other
related improvements along Wrangler Drive, adjacent to the Coppell Middle School
West. Information from the previous design surveys for Wrangler Drive will be used
as the base for the proposed design, therefore no additional design surveys will be
performed.
II. PROJECT SCHEDULE
The additional design will be completed within 20 working days from receipt of
written approval/authorization for the Modification to the Scope of Services from the
City.
III. COMPENSATION
The Engineer shall be paid an additional fee for the above described Additional
Scope of Services in an amount not to exceed the lump sum of Five Thousand Two
Hundred and no/100 Dollars ($5,200.00).
This amount includes nothing for design surveys and $5,200 for basic engineering
services.
