Pay Estimate No. 4 From Tiseo Paving Company
Per your request, we have reviewed Pay Estimate No. 4 from Tiseo Paving Company for
their work on the Wrangler Drive project through 09/30/98. It appears that the work
completed during this last period (09/01/98 to 09/30/98) includes the installation of the
concrete pavers at Freeport Parkway (Item I-8), the adjustment of several existing water
valve boxes to grade (Item I1-18), the construction of approximately 178 feet of 6' x 3' box
culvert (Item 11-42) and the adjustment/lowering of existing water mains at four (4) locations
(Items 11-54, 11-55, 11-58 & 11-61 ). From our discussion yesterday it appears that the only
question would be the amount of 6' x 3' box culvert that was complete as of 09/30/98. The
178 feet that Tiseo has requested would have put them about 100 feet west of the first
driveway on the south side of Wrangler Ddve. I will defer to yourjudgement since you are
much more in touch with the daily progress, but the 178 feet does seem fairly reasonable,
based upon my recollection.
In light of the above, the pay request appears to be in order. Should have any additional
