Re: Bond Walk Through - Villages of Coppell III and IV-B
Dear Mr. Porter:
A recent follow up bond walk through of the above referenced projects
was performed on October 13, 1993. The following paving related items
were found to be deficient.
Villages of Coppell IIIB:
1. South end of Parker construction joint has chips,
broken curb patch, and seal.
2. Longitudinal random crack @ 909 - 905 Brentwood.
3. Transverse random crack @ Brentwood and Nottingham.
4. Random crack in the approach on the west side of
Nottingham and Brentwood.
5. Construction joint Beau and Parker has large chip @
center line.
6. Random crack in alley approach across form 693
Nottingham.
7. Random crack in alley behind 905 and 913 Brentwood.
Villaqes of Coppell IV-B:
1. Random crack @ approach of Cheshire and Lakeview.
2. Random crack @ curb inlet throats on Cheshire.
The bonding period for the paving portion of these two projects will
be over on November 4, 1993. I am forwarding this information for you
to schedule the needed repairs.
Please contact my office and provide the anticipated schedule by
October 29, 1993.
