We are in receipt of your letter dated April 14, 1994. In response to your concerns I wanted
to assure you I have already instructed our contractor Halls Landscaping to make all necessary
corrections to refurbish the right of way along the south side of DeForest Rd. I expect this work
will be completed during the course of the week of April 25 - 29, 1994, weather permitting.

Dear Mr. Brooks:
We are happy to see the success of your development as we steadily watch the rooftops grow
in the Villages of Coppell Addition. As I understand, the subdivision is rapidly nearing
completion and we are excited to see new homeowners move into these structures.
This week I had the opportunity to meet with a few of those homeowners who reside in this
development and during our discussion, the homeowners expressed concern about the
absence of landscaping along the section of Villages of Coppell, Sections 3 and 4, that border
the south side of DeForest Road (See attachment). As you know, the City Council approved
these plats three years ago, with the condition that the landscaping and irrigation as shown on
the landscape plan be provided. Presently, this area is partially covered by grass and dirt,
and needs to be improved by the installation of landscaping, according to the plan.
Since I promised these homeowners a quick response, would you please respond to me, with
an anticipated date of completion? Let me know if I can be of assistance.
