Dear Mr. Fitzgerald:
In recent weeks, I have spoken to numerous homeowners from the Lakes of Coppell concerned
about DeForest Road just east of Allen Road. We have been in contact with the original
developers of this property in an attempt to force them to comply with the restrictions attached
to their final plat. We believe these restrictions would negate the existing excessive weed
problem in the area if they were fully complied with. City Staff, as well as our City Attorney's
office has been in contact with the developer and some progress has been made during the past
week towards successful resolution in this matter.
