Dear Mr. Griffin,
Please find enclosed two (2) checks for payment of Waste Water Impact Fees. The check for
$27,000.00 is in payment of the fi)llowing:
Phase IIIA Waste Water Impact $14,625.00
(65 x 225 = 14,625)
Phase IIIB Waste Water Impact $12,375.00
(55 x 225 = 12,375)
The check for $360.00 is in payment of the following:
Phase IVB Waste Water Impact $10,125.00
(445 x 225 = 10,125)
Phase IVA Waste Water Impact Overpayment < $ 9,765.00 >
(45 x 217 = 9,765)
As you will recall we previously paid Waste Water Impact Fees on Phase IVA in the amount
of $19,890.00 based upon $442.00 per lot. I have calculated the overpayment at $217.00 per
lot equaling $9,765.00.
The Partnerships are awaiting legal advice prior to payment of the Water Impact Fees. Once
the Water Impact Fees are resolved, the Partnerships will make any payments accordingly.
