Dear Ken:
Pursuant to my phone conversations with both you and Greg Jones this
afternoon, I would just like to confirm in writing to you our agreement concerning the
walkway constructed at my new home at 137 Bricknell Ln. As discussed, the concrete
walkway leading to the front door of the home has an exposed aggregate surface with
a brick edge, and radius turnouts at the interface with the street curb. It is our
agreement that the walkway may be left as-is on a permanent basis. We also agree,
however, that should the portion of the walkway from the "home" side of the street
sidewalk to the back of the curb ever require replacing, the City of Coppell is required
only to replace that portion with standard gray, broom-brushed concrete, and any
effort and expense to match what is currently there would be solely my responsibility.

matter.
