Dear Mr. Griffin:
On behalf of Grand Land 96, L.P., Tipton Engineering, Inc. is requesting thc City of
Coppell abandon existing easements that lie in Village at Cottonwood Creek Section V,
Lots 17 and 18, Block A and Lots 22 and 23, Block A. The abandonment of said
easements is necessary for future development of the referenced lots. Enclosed is a copy
of the legal description and sketch along with a copy of the filed plat and deed to the
property.
