Re: Villages of Cottonwood Creek Phase V
Dear Mike:
Pursuant to your request we will remove the trees from the right-of-way along Coppell
Road adjacent to the Villages at Cottonwood Creek Section V. We intend to relocate
these trees within the subdivision spaced along the right-of-way of Bricknell. Hopefully,
this will improve the streetscape of the community while preserving these trees from
future thoroughfare construction in the Coppell Road right-of-way.
I apologize for the delay; however, I have not received a Field Inspection Report from my
landscape architect. I am hopeful that, with a little dry weather, we can get these trees
moved in the next couple weeks. Please let me know if this meets with your approval.
