2. Title to the land conveyed herein shall revert back to Grantor without further action
or notice on his part in the event that the roadway shall not be constructed or
completed by Grantee, its successors, assigns, and/or third parties within seven (7)
years from the date hereof. In the e~ent of a reversion of the land, then Grantor will
be required to dedicate sufficient right of way at platting to ensure that the City has 60
feet of right-of-way along Coppell Road.
3. The acceptance of this deed or fight-of-way by Grantee shall extinguish andy future
obligation on the part of Granto to make further dedications of additional fights-of-
way for land owned by Grantor to make further dedications of additional fights-of-
way for land owned by Grantor immediately north of the land described in this
dedication, along such roadway where at least 60feet of right-of-way currently exists.
