Assistant city Manager City Manager 255 Parkway Blvd. Coppell, Texas 75019 Dear Mr. Griffen: I have been working very closely with Larry Davis and Atul Patel of your office, trying to wrap up the remaining items needed to obtain final approval of the Cottonwood Creek, Section 5 subdivision. It is my understanding that the only item let~ to be resolved is the fight of way issue on Coppell Road. At the present time we have six sales in our subdivision and three are ready to start. Two of these are across Bricknell and back up to the existing alley. Therefore the right of way problem on Coppell Road has no effect on these lots. I respectfully request early release of lots 23 and 24, block A, so I may obtain the building permits needed to start construction. Unless I can start construction very soon, I will lose both of these sales to other builders. I would really appreciate your consideration to the request.
