I called the Patel house and left my number for them to call me. I talked to
Mr. Patel and told him we would check to see if the pole was out of easement.
If it is out we will move, but if it is in the utility easement it will not be
moved, unless he wants to pay to have it moved.

Mrs. Patel called this morning to say a power pole placed recently is so close
to her back fence that she feels it is out of the easement and onto her
property. According to her it is touching her back fence so closely that she
will not be able to replace the fence where it is. Larry Davis of Engineering
Dept. told me that the poles along DeForest were recently moved farther away
from the road. Please call the Patel's and tell them what was used to determine
where the poles were placed. She says the property line is 2-3 feet behind the
