Prior to beginning construction or applying for a permit, you should fill in the date on the permit and sign and date the application. Those areas are highlighted on the enclosed permit. You should also provide a site plan to ensure that the playhouse is constructed along the ridge on the northeast side of the property. Once the permit is received by the City of Coppell Engineering Department, a permit number will be assigned and it will be signed by the Floodplain Administrator. Subsequent to obtaining a building permit for construction of the playhouse, the Floodplain Permit must be completed and signed by the Floodplain Administrator.
