Dear Mr. Griffin,
This letter is to serve as a Letter of Credit on behalf of
the Coppell Independent School District, which guarantees
our payment of the Coppell Independent School Districts
share of road and driveway construction being completed on
Wrangler Drive at Coppell Middle School-West. The Coppell
ISD agrees to pay the sum of $12,387.00 in accordance with
the agreement ratified and approved in our meeting of June
22, 1998, the final document being completed and signed on
June 23, 1998.
