Dear Pat,
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of a final
plat, of the Villages of Coppell, Phase IV, was approved by the Coppell
City Council on March 12, 1991, with the following conditions:
1) landscaping as shown on the 18_ndscape plan: 5 gallon ph~tenias, 5'
on center,
2) must be irri§ated,
3) must be maintained by a Homeowners Association, and
4) landscaping in alley ri§hr-of-way, not street ri§hr-of-way
