Dear Ms. Daneshmand:
This is to inform you that we are proposing to begin excavation on
the above referenced project. The developer is Grand Homes, Inc.,
the Engineer is Don A. Tipton, Inc., the Soil Engineer and Testing
Lab is Reed Engineering Group, and the Excavation Contractor is
Weir Excavation, Inc.
It will be the responsibility of the excavation contractor to
repair and/or replace all damages to utilities and/or adjoining
properties created by this construction. The contractor will also
be responsible for providing and maintaining any barricades
required for this construction. The contact for Weir Excavation,
Inc. will be Mike or Lee Weir at 556-9696 or night numbers will be
Lee Weir 214/907-1926 or Mike Weir at 214/347-2597.
The project will be constructed in four phases with 3-A and 4-A to
be the first phases of construction, following with 4-B
construction and lastly 3-B. 3-B construction will occur when
fill material is available and constitutes most of the area
adjoining the flood plain. Don A. Tipton, Inc. will continue to
work with the City of Coppell to formalize all the pertinent
issues of the most recent and currently occurring flood study
issues.
