City Engineer Russell Doyle and I made a field inspection of
the open culvert immediately west of Tanbark Circle and
agree that the City should take some action to ensure that
someone doesn't fall into this open drain pipe. As per the
attached memo, our Public Works Department will be
installing some type of railing within the next week or so.
