Median Maintenance
Dear Richard:
This letter will serve as confirmation of our previous conversation
concerning maintenance of Parkway Boulevard medians in the Village
at Cottonwood Creek project. As you know, we have maintained these
medians since they were built and landscaped about 2-1/2 years ago.
Effective May 31, 1988, we will no longer perform maintenance on these
medians, and we request that the City of Coppell begin maintenance at
that time.
I am enclosing the landscape and irrigation plans for your information.
