Dear Mr. and Mrs. Dorsett:
As you are aware, we are in thc process of initiating development on thc above-referenced
project adjacent to your property. The developer and builder of the property will be Grand
Homes and construction is anticipated to start in August of 1996. During the preliminary and
final platting stages of the property the City of Coppell is requesting that our common eastern
alley be redirected so as the alley will not intersect into Minyard Drive but be redirected through
our property (sec enclosed).
We are asking that the effected homeowners attend a meeting in the second floor conference
room, Coppell City Hail, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas, Monday, Sune 10, 1996,
at 6:00 P.M.
