Dear Ms. Daneshmond:
We are hereby formally requesting approval for construction of
water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, paving, and excavation at
the above referenced project. We will be submitting to you the
irrigation and landscape plans for Deforest Road that will adhere
to the requirements of the City of Coppell Public Works and Parks
Departments. These improvements will be implemented with the Phase
IV-B project and will be completed prior to city acceptance of
Villages of Coppell Phase IV-B. This landscape area will be
maintained and operated by the Villages of Coppell Homeowners
Association. These landscape plans will be submitted no later than
June 15, 1991.
