After review of this request it has been determined that the

Dear Kevin:
Confirming our conversation of this date, you will find
enclosed:
- A copy of ¥~arranty Deed with legal description
of property.
- A copy of a plat prepared by Stovall &
Associates, inc. It should be noted, the
utility easement has been abandoned by
applicable companies.
- A letter from Harry Rowell identifying
elevations of my property.
I have also include a plat with a rough sketch as to
the area I would like to fence. As we discussed the
side fences (color coded red) would be standard 6'
stockade and. the back fence color coded green) would be
either chain link or open type wood rail.
Via copy of this letter, I am also providing this
information to Larry Jackson. It is my understanding,.
at this point, that you will authorize the building
permit and Mr. Jackson will prepared the Hold Harmless
Agreement. Please advise if I can provide additional
information. Your assistance in this matter is
