As we discussed in our telephone conversation of February
20, 1986, I have revised the BEC-2 computer runs which accompany
our application for a Letter of Map Revision for Cottonwood
Branch within the referenced subdivision. Please find enclosed
the following items:
A copy of the revised BEC-2 computer run of the "as-built"
condition on Cottonwood Branch using the 10, 50, 100 and
500-year storm discharges· The revision consisted of adding
the Flood Insurance Zone Data table to the summary at the
end of the run.
A copy of the BEC-2 computer run of the "as-built"
encroached condition on Cottonwood Branch using the 100-year
storm discharge.
A copy of the Flood Insurance Rate Nap of the City of
Coppell, Texas, Community-Panel Number 480170 0005 C, show-
ing the revised 100-year and 500-year flood boundaries.
I have requested Mr. Ed Powell, City Engineer, of the City
of Coppell, to review our application and send a letter of
approval to FEMA. You should be receiving the letter very soon.
