Dear Mike,
This letter is to notify you that action was taken at last night's meeting formally
approving our participation with the City of Coppelt in the Wrangler Road Project which
we discussed earlier. The action taken was to approve and ratify the interlocal agreement
with the City of Coppetl which provides that we pay for the portion of the work that is
performed on CISD property, the amount determined by the cost analysis provided by
Teague, Nall and Perkins to be $12,387.
We did approve the document with the one change which we discussed, that being to
delete from Paragraph t. the requirement that we escrow the funds at the time of
execution of the agreement in favor of the requirement that CISD provide a letter of
credit which would guarantee timely payment of our share of the project.
Thank you for your help and cooperation on this project. We look forward to a continued
good relationship with our city in dealing with projects such as this that help to meet the
needs of our citizens.
