RE: Walk Through for Villages of Coppell Phase VI B
Utilities personnel performed a walk through of the above
referenced project this morning and the following
water/wastewater related items were found to be deficient:
1. Need to place fire hydrant markers (blue) in paving.
Please ensure these items are corrected and maintenance bond and,
as built plans are received prior to final acceptance of this
project.

RE: Villages of Coppell IVB - Walk Thru Punch List
The following discrepancies were noted this morning during our walk
thru:
. Random cracks at inlets (Phase IVA problem).
· Crack in north curb at joint·
· Check all joints for seal level·
· Remove concrete chips·
· Seal random cracks in curb.
· Remove and replace existing curb at header west side.
Remove concrete from construction joint in alley and seal.
· Provide all erosion control measures necessary·
Please provide this list to the affected parties and let me know
when we need to follow up.
