REFERENCE is made to the Plat of VILLAGES OF COPPEL~.~J~,~
COPPELL, TEXAS, an addition to the City of Cop~ as
recorded in Volume 91156 at Page 1148 of the Deed Records of Dallas
County, Texas.
BECAUSE OF AN ERROR, the following correction should be made to said plat:
A drainage easement located on Lot 5, Block A is dimensioned 5 feet
wide, whereas said dimension shall be corrected to 3 feet.
A drainage easement located on Lot 4, Block A is dimensioned 5 feet
wide, whereas said dimension shall be corrected to 7 feet.
