Provide a drainage area map and indicate anticipated flows which may occur. 4. Has any studies or models been done to determine effects of upstream or downstream erosion problems? 5. what will be the velocities in the proposed channel? 6. what methods were used to determine design, discharges, and water surface profile for the project? 7. If the channel will not be dedicated to the City of Coppell, indicate a schedule of landscape maintenance which Owner will follow. 8. How will this channelization affect the flood plain in the area? 9. Has an environmental impact statement been prepared? 10. Has the City of Grapevine reviewed and approved these plans?
