We are recommending that these items be placed on the upcoming May 16, 1985, Planning and Zoning Commission agenda. Be[ore we can zeco~mend these items be placed on the City Council agenda, the following points need to be addressed: 1. The drainage along Coppell Road should be taken under Parkway Boulevard or a more complete detail should be provided. Ref. sheet 6. 2. Please dimension median transitions and curb di~ensions at Coppell Road/Parkway Boulevard and Thweat Road/Winding Hollow Lane. 3. The valley gutter at Winding Hollow Lane Sta. 16+80 should be eliminated. Please revise flume as required. 4. Vertical curves in sanitary sewers axe not allowed. Please address. 5. Horizontal curves in sanitary sewers with radii less than 750' are not permitted. Please address. 6. The distance between some sanitary sewer manholes exceeds 500'. Please address. 7. The distance between some gate valves on water mains exceeds 600~. Please address. 8. The storm drain system at Winding Hollow Lane and Nisty Haven Drive does not appear to be adequate at some locations. Please address. - 9. Distance from sanitary sewer clean-out to first ~anhole should not exceed 200t. Please provide a bid breakdown of the cost of Parkway Boulevard pavement, utility, and drainage construction so a construction permit fee can be determined. For the purposes of calculating assessments and completing a review of the Section II development, it is agreed that addi- tional plats of lots within the Section II area will be sub- mitted by other developers at a later date. We shall therefore defer assessments, landscape requirements, and review of indi- vidual lot site plans.
