Re:
Village at Cottonwood Creek
Coppell, Texas
Dear Mr. McCarver:
We are in receipt of plan sheet 7 of the construction plans
where you are requesting to add a median opening at Station
19+00 as shown. Due to the proposed location of the opening
being in a curve and being in the close proximity to a
reverse curve, we have some reservations about allowing the
median opening to be constructed.
First, are there plans for Lot 2 Block 1, or Lot 2, Block 2
being developed that would require an opening at this point?
Second, since this proposed opening is in the middle of a
curve, we would suggest that left turn lanes be constructed
with enough storage to prevent any traffic problems from
occurring.
Third, what are the proposed distances to the next median
openings, which may be required later, to the east and west
of this proposed opening?
The legal descriptions of the water line easements for Lot 4,
Block 2, Village at Cottonwood Creek, you submitted have been
reviewed. T~e have no objections. Please have them executed
and filed, and return a copy of the filed document to the
City for their records.
If you have any questions, please contact us.
Sincerely,
Gabe Favre
